The little octopus legs are bendy enough to wrap around my lower belly and stay put while I curl up, way better than a flat pad that slides around. Two minutes in the microwave and the warmth lasts through a whole episode of something. My cramps actually quiet down.

I was skeptical about a microwaveable octopus for cramps, but this thing stays warm for almost an hour after two minutes in the microwave. The tentacles actually mold around my lower belly better than my old rectangular pad ever did.

Warmed it up for two minutes and the heat spreads nice and even across the whole pad, though the tentacles get a bit too hot to touch right after. Still, it hugs my lower belly perfectly and the silly octopus face makes me laugh through the pain.
